Rev. LM Shafer (Lisa Michelle)
Founder & Director
Lisa Michelle Shafer (LM), founded Think Pink Inc in 2003. She is an ordained deacon in the United Methodist Church and a graduate of Asbury Theological Seminary with a Masters in Christian Education. Her undergrad is in Biblical Counseling. She is currently pursuing her Doctor of Ministry at SMU. She lives in Houston with her husband Jeremy.
Allyson Joyce
Houston Branch- Board Member
Allyson graduated from Texas Christian University with a Bachelors Degree in Communication Studies and minors in Social Work and Rehabilitation of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing in May of 2023. During her time in college, she was Chapter President of Alpha Chi Omega and held other leadership roles such as VP Philanthropy, and Fashion Show Chair. She currently lives in Houston.
Amy Vogel
Houston Branch- Advisor
Amy Vogel is an accomplished author, speaker, podcaster, and mom to three girls. With two published nonfiction books under her belt, her debut fiction novel comes out in January 2024 with more projects in the queue. She loves to help people discover who they were created to be and find ways for all humans to thrive. She lives in Houston, Texas.
Blair Overman

Blair is a gifted trainer and educator in the fields of Special Education and Autism. Her passions are prayer and running. She lives in Houston, Texas.
Gigi Wheeler
Houston- Board Member
Gigi is a mother of two and wife to Ben.. They live in Houston and love serving in their community. Gigi works for the Chapelwood UMC Foundation. Her background in volunteering and experience with fundraising, communications, and development led her to where she is today. She has enjoyed cultivating relationships with local and global organizations, including traveling to Guatemala on two mission trips to support one of our global partners. Gigi has a deep commitment to giving back to her community and knows that her gifts are best used in supporting her church and various local non-profit organizations, including Think Pink Inc.
